• 1.0 tsp Baking Powder
• 1.5 tbsp Sugar
• 0.25 tsp Soda

   Sift flour once, measure, add baking powder, sugar, soda and salt, and sift again.

   Combine egg and milk and add to flour. Stir only until smooth.
