• 4.0 oz Low Fat Jack Cheese
• 6.0 California Fresh Eggs
• 1.0 Whole Kernel Corn

   Preheat oven to 350:F In a greased 7 W 11 baking dish, layer split chiles and Jack cheese.

   Combine eggs, corn, milk, flour, baking powder and garlic salt; mix well. Pour over chiles, top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350:F for 30 minutes until puffed and browned. Serve with Salsa.
