- 4.0 Tbl Garlic Oil
- 1.0 Tbl Red Wine Vinegar
- 1.0 Tbl Dijon Mustard

Bereiding (voorbeeld)

Slowly pour oil into egg yolk while whisking. Slowly whisk vinegar into egg

mixture. Whisk in remaining ingredients. If dressing is too thick, thin it down
with a little water 1 teaspoon at a time.
