Cajun Catfish

Cajun Catfish is a home-style recipe made with Farm Raised Catfish Fillets, Fresh Lemon Juice, and Cajun Seasoning. Serves 1.

   Brush both sides of fillets with lemon juice, and sprinkle with Cajun Seasoning.
