• 4.0 Small Canegloupes
• 0.75 cup Superfine Sugar
• 3.0 tbsp Lemon Juice
• 1.0 pinch Salt

Preparo (prévia)

   Cut cantaloupes in half, scoop out fruit and puree in a blender. Add remaining ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved. Freeze in freezer trays until mushy Return to blender just until smooth. Refreeze until firm. Spoon into cantaloupe shells and top with a sprig of mint leaves. Cantaloupe shells may be cut zigzag around the edges, and slice a little off the bottom so they will stand upright.
