Caramel Syrup - FrozenDelights is a home-style recipe made with Sugar and Water.

Ingredients

• 0.6667 cup Sugar
• 2.0 tbsp Water
• 0.5 cup Water

Method (preview)

   In a small saucepan combine 2/3 cup sugar & 2 TBSP water. Over high heat swirl pan until the sauce turns a light amber color. Do not use a spoon.

2. 2

   Remove pan from heat & pour in 1/2 cup water. Stir sauce over medium heat until of the caramel sugar is dissolved int he water. Let syrup cool before using it.
