   NOTES : I changed this recipe by using 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese instead of cheddar, (and no onion), put it all in the machine at once using overnight timer setting. The result was a wonder strong flavored loaf that was somewhat like sour dough. Hope that you enjoy it as much as we did. I am sending the one pound recipe...you can adjust for the size loaf you need.
