• 1.0 cup Sugar
• 4.0 oz Cream Cheese
• 1.0 Large Egg
• 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract

Method (preview)

   Beat sugar and cream cheese together until smooth and creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Set aside.

   Bring milk to boil in heavy, medium saucepan. Slowly beat hot milk into cheese mixture. Pour it all back into pan and place over low heat. Stir constantly with whisk or wooden spoon until custard thickens slightly. Be careful not to boil, or egg will scramble.
