Cheesy Potato Packets

Cheesy Potato Packets is a home-style recipe made with Frozen O Brien Potatoes, Vegetable Oil, Seasoned Salt, and Shredded Cheddar Cheese. Serves 6.

• 4.0 cup Frozen O Brien Potatoes
• 1.0 tbsp Vegetable Oil
• 0.5 tsp Seasoned Salt
• 0.75 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

   Heat coals or gas grill. Spray 18X13-inch piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil with cooking spray. Place potatoes on foil. Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with seasoned salt. Wrap foil securely around potatoes.

   Grill 4 to 5 inches from medium heat 30 minutes, turning once. Open packet; sprinkle cheese over potatoes. Cover loosely and let stand for 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
