- 3.0 Limes Peeled Peel Sliced Thin Pulp Chopped
- 1.0 qt Bing Cherries Pitted
- 3.0 cup Sugar

Simmer peel 15 minutes; drain. Add lime pulp and water to cover,

and simmer 5 minutes. Let cool.
Add cherries and sugar, and boil rapidly to jelling point.
