- 5.0 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 6.0 Eggs Beaten Well
- Dash Tabasco Sauce

Preheat oven to 350. Spread the green chiles on the bottom of a

9x13 glass baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Add the Tabasco
sauce to the beaten eggs, and pour over the chiles and cheese.
