Chocolate Champagne Sauce

Chocolate Champagne Sauce is a home-style recipe made with Brut Champagne, Semisweet Chocolate Chips, Superfine Sugar, and Unsalted Butter.

Ingrédients

• 6.0 tbsp Brut Champagne
• 0.5 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
• 1.0 tbsp Superfine Sugar
• 2.0 tbsp Unsalted Butter

   For sauce: Combine all ingredients except butter in small saucepan and stir over low heat until chocolate is melted and sugar is dissolved. Whisk in butter. Remove from heat and keep warm. The sauce should not be made ahead.
