Preheat oven to 300 F. Spray a 9-inch cheesecake pan with non-stick. Mix

crumbs and sugar, and spread in bottom of pan. Beat cheese until fluffy.
Add the eggs, milk and chips, and beat well. Add the rest of the ingredients
