Chocolate Chess Pie

Chocolate Chess Pie is a home-style recipe made with Butter, Sugar, Eggs, Cocoa, Cornstarch, and Lg Carnation Evap Milk. Serves 2.

Ingrediënten

• 1.0 stick Butter
• 2.25 cup Sugar
• 3.0 Eggs
• 0.3333 cup Cocoa

Bereiding (voorbeeld)

   Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Add other ingredients; mix well. Divide between 2 piecrusts.Bake at 400 deg. for 10 minutes. Lower oven temperature to 300 deg. and bake for 25 more minutes, or until done. Makes 2 pies. From: "Recipe Sampler" The Oxford Methodist Church ~ p. 69
