Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

Make Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting at home with Semi Sweet Chocolate, T Water, Cream Cheese, T Vanilla, and Powdered Sugar. Serves 1. Keep it handy for the next time you cook it.

Ingredients

Method (preview)

   Microwave chocolate with water at high for 2 minutes.

   Stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

   Cool to lukewarm. (Or heat with water in sauce pan over very low heat stirring constantly until just melted.

   Remove from heat and cool five minutes.) Beat in cream cheese and vanilla until well blended.

   Beat in sugar gradually until well blended and smooth.
