Ingredients

• 3.0 oz Bittersweet Chocolate
• 1.0 tbsp Butter
• 1.0 tsp Vanilla Or Orange Extract
• 12.0 Large Strawberries

Method (preview)

   Chop chocolate into small pieces. In a double boiler combine chocolate, butter, and vanilla or orange extract. Stir until chocolate is melted and smooth. Remove from heat.

   Dip strawberries halfway into chocolate and place on waxed paper. Refridgerate until chocolate has set, about 10 minutes. Store in a cool place.
