Chocolate Fudge Frosting

A home-style Chocolate Fudge Frosting made with Unsweetened Chocoalte, Unsalted Butter, Powdered Sugar, Whipping Cream, and Vanilla. Serves 1. Save it, add the ingredients to your shopping list, and cook it tonight.

Ingredients

• 8 oz
• 2 stick
• 2 lb
• 1 cup
• 4 tsp

Method (preview)

   Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler; cool to room temperature.

   Mix the powdered sugar, whipping cream, and vanilla until well blended. Stir in the melted chocolate.

   If necessary, let the frosting sit until thick enough to spread with a knife (should only need to let it set if your chocolate was still warm).

   This frosting is very rich and tastes like fudge! Enjoy.
