- 0.25 cup Milk
- 0.25 cup Heavy Cream
- 4.0 Egg Yolks

Break the chocolate into pieces and place in the top of a double

boiler (do not stir). Warm the milk and rum in a seperate saucepan
and mix into the melted Chocolate. Cool.
