Cream butter, margarine and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after addition. Sift cake flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa together and add to butter/egg mixture alternately with milk. Add vanilla.

Pour batter into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
