Chocolate Sandwich Cookies

A home-style Chocolate Sandwich Cookies made with Flour, Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Salt, and Baking Powder. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cup
• 3/4 cup
• 3/4 tsp
• 3 tsp
• 1 1/2 cup
• 1 1/2 tsp
• 3/4 cup
• 2 cup
• 1/8 tsp
• 1 jar
• 1 1/2 tsp
• 1 tbsp

Method (preview)

   For Cookie: Blend together dry ingredients and then add all wet ingredients.

   Blend thoroughly. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

   Leave space and only use a teaspoon,they spread. Bake at 400 for 7-8 minutes.

   Remove immediately and cool.

   For Filling:Blend all and beat with mixer till fluffy.

   Spread filling on one cookie and top with another, sandwich style.
