Ingredients

• 7.0 oz Chocolate
• 1.0 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 1.0 cup Boiling Water
• 0.5 cup Sugar

Method (preview)

   Melt the chocolate in the top of a double boiler over hot water. When melted stir in condensed milk and water. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Cool and store the syrup in the refrigerator.
