Combine dry ingredients in a bowl set aside. Cream margarine,brown sugar until

light & fluffy. Beat in chocolate,egg,vanilla & milk. Gradually add dry
ingredients mixing well to make a stiff dough.Chill overnight.Roll into 1 tsp
