Chocolate Sorbet

Ingredients

• 1.0 cup Cocoa
• 0.75 cup Sugar
• 2.5 cup Water
• 1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract

   Combine all but vanilla in a saucepan. Heat on medium, stirring frequently,

   until the mixture reaches a boil. Turn off heat, and stir in vanilla. Chill.
