Chocolate Tuxedo Strawberries — een communityrecept op Potlikkr.

Ingrediënten

• 10.0 Fresh Washed Berries
• 4.0 oz Chopped Dark Chocolate
• 4.0 oz Chopped White Chocolate
• 1.0 Sheet Parchment Paper

Bereiding (voorbeeld)

   Melt chocolate in a double boiler, white and dark separately. Wash and dry berries.

   Dip 1/2 of berry in dark chocolate and let cool. Dip the other 1/2 in white chocolate leaving a (v ) shape on the berry.
