   Beat eggs and sugar. Add oil and blend well. Mix in zucchini. Mix remaining ingredients together. Add to egg mixture and mix well. Put in 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
