   Cream together butter, oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add buttermilk or sour milk with vinegar. Mix dry ingredients and alternate with creamed mixture and zucchini. Add chocolate chips and nuts on top. Bake at 325, 45 minutes in a 9x13 pan.
