Classic Mushroom Sauce

Classic Mushroom Sauce is a home-style recipe made with Butter, Unbleached Flour, Brown Stock, Mushrooms, Chopped Shallots, and Red Wine Freshly Ground Black Pepper To Taste. Serves 1.

• 3.0 tbsp Unbleached Flour
• 1.25 cup Brown Stock
• 0.25 lb Mushrooms
