• 0.25 Cp Brown Sugar
• 1.0 tbsp Butter
• 2.0 Cp Strong Cold Coffee

   Place the cream, sugar and butter in a saucepan and stir over low heat until well blended. Chill. Put this butterscoth sauce, the cold coffee and the ice cream in an electric blender and blend until thick and fluffy. Serve in chilled glasses. Makes 2 servings
