- 0.5 cup Sugar
- 1.5 tsp Arrowroot

Bring 1 cup milk to a boil in a 1 quart saucepan. Add 1/4 cup freshly ground coffee. Stir & allow milk to boil up. Remove from heat & let steep 30 minutes.
