Cole Slaw Bread

Cole Slaw Bread is a home-style recipe made with Water, Honey, Salt, Bread Flour, Whole Wheat Flour, and Cole Slaw Mix. Serves 1.

Ingredientes

• 1.25 cup Water
• 2.0 tbsp Honey
• 1.0 tsp Salt
• 2.0 cup Bread Flour

   (Note: Cole slaw mix, available in the produce section of the supermarket, is a mix of several colors/kinds of cabbage and carrots. I added 1/2 cup with the flour and 1/2 cup at the "beep.")

   Add ingredients to your pan in the order suggested by your ABM manual. Bake on basic white and medium crust settings. Enjoy!
