Cream of Sweet Potato Soup

Make Cream of Sweet Potato Soup at home with Sweet Potatoes, Chicken Broth, Sugar, Ground, and Nutmeg Salt. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Method (preview)

   Put sweet potatoes and broth in crock pot. Cover and cook on HIGH 2 to 3 hours or until potatoes are tender.

   Put back in cooker with remaining ingredients.

   Cover and cook on HIGH 1 to 2 hours.

   Serve hot or chilled with a dollop of sour cream if desired.
