Creamy Chocolate Frosting

• 2.0 tsp Cornstarch
• 0.5 cup Water
• 1.0 can Evaporated Milk
• 2.0 tbsp Butter Or Margarine

   In small heavy saucepan cook and stir cornstarch, water, milk, butter and salt over low heat until thickened and smooth; remove from heat.

   Stir in chocolate until melted, returning to low heat if necessary.
