Crockpot Italian Beef

Crockpot Italian Beef is a home-style recipe made with Roast, Onion, and Water. Serves 1.

Ingredientes

• 1.0 Roast
• 1.0 Onion
• 1.0 cup Water

Preparo (prévia)

   Place roast in crockpot with onion and water. Cook on low all day till done (10-12 hours). Take meat out and shread or cut to small, thin strips. To juice, add Italian dressing mix, salt & pepper, oregano, and garlic salt. (I just sprinkle it in heavy-sorry no exacts). Place meat back in juice mix and let simmer for 1 hour. Now it's ready to eat on french rolls.
