Ingredientes

• 1.5 cup Converted White Rice
• 3.5 cup Boiling Water
• 1.0 Onion Thinly Sliced
• 2.5 tsp Ground Cumin

Preparo (prévia)

   In a 4-5 quart electric slow cooker, mix togehter all the ingredients except the ham and peas.

   Cover and cook on the High heat setting for 1 hour. Reduce heat setting to Low and cook, covered 2 1/2-3 hours longer, or until the rice is tender but not mushy and the chicken is cooked through. Stir in the ham and peas; cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
