Curried Eggplant

Curried Eggplant — a community recipe on Potlikkr.

Ingredients

• 0.5 cup Water
• 0.25 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
• 1.0 tbsp Soy Sauce

Method (preview)

   Prick the eggplant all over with a fork. Place in a shallow baking dish

   and bake until very soft, about 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool.
