Ingredients

• 0.5 cup Mayonnaise Or Salad Dressing
• 1.0 tbsp Vinegar
• 1.0 tsp Sugar
• 0.5 tsp Curry Powder

Method (preview)

   Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and curry powder. Add cabbage, raisins and green onion. Toss until blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Just before serving, add bacon and peanuts. Toss well to coat. Serves 6.

   I make at least a double batch of this when I take it to potlucks. One time a lady told me she was skipping dessert so she could have a second helping of this. It's especially good served alongside baked ham.
