• 1.0 London Broil
• 1.0 pkg Lipton Onion Soup Mix
• 2.0 Jar Mushroom Gravy
• 5.0 Medium Red Potatoes

Method (preview)

   Preheat oven to 275. Line a roasting pan with heavey foil, to cover. Place London Broil in center of pan. Sprinkle top with entire package of soup mix spread evenly and pat down. Mix both jars of gravy with 1 cup water and pour around London broil.

   Gradually add potatoes, carrots, onions, mushrooms and garlic into gravy. Sprinkle with thyme and basil.
