• 0.5 cup Sour Milk
• 1.0 tsp Baking Soda
• 1.5 tsp Salt
• 1.0 cup Brown Sugar

   Cream shortening, sugar, add egg. Stir in flour, oatmeal, flour, salt and soda alternately with sour milk. Roll very thin and cut into rounds.
