Delightful Cheese Dip

Ingredients

• 1.0 lb Velveeta
• 1.0 lb Ground Beef
• 1.0 can Ro Tel Diced Tomatoes With Cilantro

Method (preview)

   In a crockpot (or pot on stove top), melt cheese slowly. While cheese is melting, brown ground beef and season. Mix salsa and Ro*Tel into ground beef and mix entire meat mixture into melted cheese. Cook this very slowly for about an hour, to let the flavors meld. Serve with a large bag of tortilla chips early, because people will fill up on this.
