   Place onto the griddle pan for 5-6 minutes till golden and soft.

   To make the Stilton sauce, in a small saucepan add the wine and reduce until half.

   Add the cheese until melted and then finish off the sauce by adding the double cream.

   To serve, make the sandwich by placing the steak onto the toasted bread.
