Cheese Soup

Cheese Soup is built on Butter Or Margarine, Cream Of Chicken Soup, Cream Of Celery Soup, Cheese Whiz, and Chicken Broth. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Ingredients

• 4 tbsp
• 10 oz
• 10 oz
• 8 oz
• 14 oz

Method (preview)

1. 1

   Put butter, soups, mayo and Cheez Whiz in 1-1/2 quart saucepan, stirring constantly over medium heat, until smooth.

   Stir in broth and season to taste with salt and pepper.

   Stir occasionally until piping hot -BUT

   DO NOT LET IT BOIL!. Do not freeze because of the mayo.
