Method (preview)

   Part 1- mix together the brown sugar, chocolate and 1 cup milk in pan.

   Let com e to boil, stirring until thick.

   Remove from heat and cool.

   Mix this with Part 1 and then with egg whites which have been whipped with a pi nch of salt.

   Bake at 350 degrees.

   Filling- place all filling ingredients except vanilla in pan and cook to soft ball stage. Add vanilla. Beat until cool.
