Donut Muffins

Donut Muffins is a home-style recipe made with Vegetable Oil, Sugar, Egg, Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt. Serves 12.

• 0.3333 cup Vegetable Oil
• 0.5 cup Sugar
• 1.0 Egg
• 1.5 cup Flour

Zubereitung (Vorschau)

   Preheat oven to 400. Cream oil, sugar, and egg. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Turn into a greased muffin tin and bake 20-25 minutes. Immediately remove from pan and roll in melted butter. Then roll in sugar-cinnamon mixture.
