   An 8 by 8 by 2-inch pan, bottom rubbed with shortening. Bake in a 350 F. oven about 30 minutes.

   Combine orange juice and 1/4 cup sugar, stirring to dissolve sugar. Pour over hot cake. Cool. Yield: One 8-inch square cake
