Doug's Corn Bread

• 0.5 cup Flour

   Heat oven to 400.

   Combine all ingredients, pour into buttered or oiled 1 1/2 quart casserole dish (actually he called for the Pan to be preheated but I skip this step) bake for about 30 min - 40 minutes
