Drisbach's Potatoes

Drisbach's Potatoes is a home-style recipe made with Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes, Sour Cream Container, Salt, Cream Style Small Curd Cottage Cheese, Grated Onion, and Garlic Salt Shredded Cheddar Cheese. Serves 8.

• 5.0 cup Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
• 1.5 cup Sour Cream Container
• 1.0 tsp Salt
• 0.6667 cup Cream Style Small Curd Cottage Cheese

   Mix together all but the cheese. Put into a 9" x 13" baking pan. Sprinkle with cheese as desired. Bake at 350F. for 30 to 40 minutes.
