Ingredientes

• 2.0 Cp
• 0.5 Amp
• 1.0 Cp Sugar
• 0.75 Cp Whole Coffee Beans

Preparo (prévia)

   Combine first 4 ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil over medium heat. Remove from heat, cover & let stand 10-15 minutes. Strain through cheesecloth-lined strainer into bowl.

   Beat yolks in large saucepan until light. Blend in cream. Stir in coffee mixture. Place over medium heat & cook, stirring constantly until mixture begins to thicken; do not boil. Remove from heat & let cool to room temperature. Coer & refrigerate overnight.
