- 1.0 Large Onion
- 4.0 Garlic Your Favorite Barbecue Sauce

Brown pork roast in skillet with a small amount of oil. Peel and slice 1

large onion. Place 1/2 onion in bottom of crockpot. Put roast in
crockpot and add 1/2 to 3/4 cup water. Add rest of onion and the garlic.
