Easy Toffee Bars

Ingredients

• 35.0 Soda Crackers With Unsalted Tops
• 1.0 cup Butter Or Regular Margarine
• 1.0 cup Brown Sugar Packed
• 1.0 Semisweet Chocolate

   Heat oven to 375 F. Lightly grease a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. Line bottom of pan evenly with crackers. Combine butter and brown sugar in a heavy 2 quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. Continue cooking 3 more minutes, stirring constantly. Pour mixture evenly over crackers. Bake at 375 F for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with the chocolate pieces. Let stand for 5 minutes. Spread melted chocolate over crackers. While still warm, cut between crackers making 35 squares. Chill in the refrigerator until set.
