- 1.0 cup Heavy Cream
- 1.0 cup Milk
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract

Beat together egg yolks and whole egg until light. Beat in sugar. Combine

Pour into six individual custard cups. Sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg.
